A New-Year Note of Thanks

This note is going to those who have offered their attention and financial subscriber-support to this Substack site, which today is four months old.

I am so grateful for your generosity, your time, your open-mindedness, and your help in other ways. Sincerely, thank you.

This note has two purposes. One is simply to express my gratitude. The other is to say that I am aware that a venture like this implies a mutual commitment. You have offered your support; I have offered my best continuing efforts to explain, connect, provoke, and when possible entertain.

For reasons I had not fully foreseen, but that are blessed and all-important in meaning-of-life terms, I will end up having spent nearly three weeks immersed in the “real” world, and effectively removed from digital life.
